NHS Surrey and Sussex says it has begun redesigning and recommissioning adult community health services across the region, including Sussex communities such as Eastbourne.

Current care continues

The ICB says current services will continue during planning. It intends to involve patients, carers, staff and providers in shaping the model.

Design work is planned for the rest of 2026/27. New arrangements are expected from March 2029, subject to design and procurement; the announcement does not specify an Eastbourne clinic change.
