Update, 22:41 BST on Tuesday 22 September: Brighton & Hove Buses’ earlier 12 and 12X curtailment notice is no longer listed on its live service-updates page or Coaster 12 route page. No explicit confirmation of normal service was found. Check the operator’s current journey information before travelling.
Earlier this evening
In its 18:10 update, the operator said 12 and 12X buses from Eastbourne would finish at Rottingdean, with passengers for Brighton changing there to a shuttle or route 14 or 27. It advised allowing extra time and said additional shuttles had no fixed timetable. This was the earlier advice, not a fresh instruction for journeys now.
