SGN’s 6 October update says South Road gas-main work continues under two-way traffic lights, with completion planned for 31 October.
Ersham Road has temporary lights at Knights Garden for one week from 5 October. A closure between the roundabout and Windsor Road is planned for 12–31 October.
SGN says signed diversions and residents’ access will be maintained. Bus routes will be affected; Eastbourne travellers should check their operator before setting off.
