Changes agreed through Eastbourne Parking Review 3 are expected to be introduced in autumn 2026, East Sussex County Council says.
The review has moved to Stage 5 — implementation — after the planning committee meeting on 15 July. The county council says it is arranging for the changes to be made and for the traffic regulation order to be sealed.
Why the exact timing may vary
Some of the work involves new or altered road markings. The council warns that this part of the programme is weather-dependent and can only be completed in dry conditions.
